Introduced an Investment Trade

Over my internship at Artisan Partners, I was a Sales and Client Service Inter supporting the Intermediary Sales team. One of the projects I was challenged with was doing data clean up in Salesforce, while also registering new investment and financial teams for our associates to contact.

This is a project that I completed for the associates of our team covering the west region of the United States. I took around 3 months to complete. I would find different investment teams whom our associates have not contacted before, and make sure they were registered on Salesforce with all their information added. In an excel spreadsheet, I also tracked my movements and additions of over 300 investments teams in the west region of the United States to report to our associates.

Once completed, I met with the team and shared the excel spreadsheet and highlighted those teams they should connect with. After a couple of weeks, I was notified that they were able to contact, and sell trades to a new team from Merrill Lynch in Phoenix, AZ for over $100,000.00. It was very rewarding to hear about the results of my thorough work.
